Book and Appointment

We are currently an in network provider with Vermont Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MVP. If you have Vermont Medicaid, a referral is required prior to attending physical therapy. If you do not have these insurances, email to inquire about our self-pay rates.

For new clients:

Typically, new clients can be scheduled within 4-6 weeks. However, due to fluctuating demand, there are periods of time in which new clients cannot be immediately scheduled, and may need to be placed on a waitlist. If you want to be seen as a new client, email michelle@integrativeptvt.com and give your name, phone number, email address, as well as a brief description of what you are seeking care for. You might also include any specific reason for seeking care at Integrative Physical Therapy. In keeping with our social mission, preference will be give to individuals seeking an inclusive care environment.
