Book and Appointment

For billing physical therapy services, we are currently an in network provider with Vermont Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MVP. If you have Vermont Medicaid, a referral is required prior to attending physical therapy. If you do not have these insurances, email to inquire about our self-pay rates.

 

Craniosacral therapy appointments are $90 for a 55 minute session.
